Experience
Arthur L. Aidala began his legal career as a Senior Assistant District Attorney in the Kings County District Attorney’s Office and advanced to the position of Senior Trial Attorney, where he tried many complex felony and homicide trials. He also supervised 25 Assistant District Attorneys in the Early Case Assignment Bureau and Investigations Bureau and wrote and argued appeals. Following his service in the District Attorney’s Office, Arthur entered into private practice where he now focuses on criminal defense, commercial litigation, contractual issues, real estate, general corporate matter and estate planning. Arthur is an official legal contributor/analyst for the Fox News Channel where he regularly appears on various day-time and prime-time programs as an analyst on far ranging legal topics.
Representative Transactions
Arthur has represented numerous high profile clients in both Federal and State Courts that have garnered national attention. Some of his more notable cases include the defense of real estate multi-millionaire Abe Hirshfield, Football Hall of Famer Lawrence Taylor, crane-rigger William Rapetti and Bridgette Harris. He also works with privately held companies as well as professional athletes in aspects of legal representation and counsels clients in a wide range of commercial and real estate matters.
