Joseph P. Baratta is the founding member of our firm. He focuses his practice on business transactions. His experience includes advising owners and investors, in both closely held as well as public companies, on a wide variety of transactions, including business acquisitions, complex finance transactions, taxation and commercial real estate transactions.
Joseph brings his experience, along with his dedication to superior client service, to every transaction. Joseph has participated in more than 100 Initial Public and Secondary Offerings registered with the Securities and Exchange Commission and counseled privately held companies in all aspects of general business planning. He has also coordinated and supervised complex commercial litigation.
